I have used Didier Bourgois and his company Housecheck’s Professional Inspection Services for both the pre-sale of a house that I sold and for the purchase of a house that I had bought. I find Dee’s reports concise yet thorough and easy to follow. Dee has both a construction background as well as having been a building inspector previously with the City. His experience and common sense approach to inspections and maintenance issues have instilled confidence in both the buying and selling process for me and I would recommend his services to anyone who is doing the same.
