In my hunt to purchase a new home, Housecheck conducted inspections on three homes, each of which I had put in an offer. Because of Didier’s knowledge and experience, major deficiencies in the first two homes were brought to my attention. The third home that was inspected passed inspection; I purchased it. The inspection report advised me of what would be required to maintain the home in the coming years. Didier was invaluable in his comments and suggestions.
