Over the last several years, I had the opportunity to use Housecheck services (Didier) at 3 occasions in Yellowknife; twice (2003 & 2006) as a building inspector during the construction of 2 new houses and once in 2013 for a house inspection during the process of purchasing an existing home. In all cases I was very satisfied with the prompt and detailed service. Didier is detail oriented and picked up on important items that too often go unnoticed. During the construction of our new house(s), he worked closely with the builder and was proactive in pointing out to important details. I would definitely recommend him.
